Founded in 1961 as a partnership firm, it marked the beginning of R N Shetty Group. The firm was converted into a private limited company in the year 2003. The Company has undertaken and completed many Projects for Karnataka P.W.D. and Irrigation Department, Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd., National Highways Authority of India, Karnataka State Highways Important Project, Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation, NTPC, K.L.E.
