Naveen Hotels
Limited was formed to cater to the hospitality industry
in Karnataka. Their first project was a star hotel
in the posh MG Road in Bangalore, which is now leased
to the Taj Group under the name Taj Residency. |

Its second venture is "Hotel Naveen" on the
banks of the enchanting Unkal Lake in Hubli
. The hotel is the only one of its kind in
North Karnataka, and has 45 rooms, two cottages
and a restaurant.

limited has completed a hotel project
at Murudeshwar in the name of 'RNS
Residency'. This hotel has 90 rooms,
6 suites, health club, coffee shop,
conference hall and a swimming pool.
'Naveen Beach Resort' which has
cottages, also comes under the banner
of Naveen Hotels Limited.
This resort has a separate dining
hall and has a facility of serving
non-vegetarian food. There are also
plans for more cottages and a golf
